Long Description Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality software solutions while taking ownership of product increments in each sprint, ensuring usability and adherence to coding standards - Collaborate with Product Owners to clarify requirements, manage sprint backlogs, and provide technical solutions to support agile development processes - Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and adapt plans effectively to meet sprint goals - Communicate technical changes and impacts clearly to stakeholders while maintaining transparency - Drive continuous improvement within the team through proactive approach and commitment to excellence Who Are We Looking For We look for big thinkers. In practice this means: - 6 to 15 years of proven experience in Java development with solid understanding of Java 11+ and Object-Oriented Programming principles - API development Eclipse/IntelliJ/STS, Maven, Git/GIT HUB, Postman, SQL Developer, - Expertise in Spring Boot and building scalable microservices architectures - Solid experience with testing methodologies and frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, etc.) - Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra) and data modeling best practices - Experience in both frontend and backend development, with the ability to work across the entire application stack - Hands-on experience with messaging systems like Kafk .
