Job Title: Salesforce Intern Location: Hybrid Duration: 6 Months, Paid Opportunity Key Responsibilities Assist in configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet business requirements. Support the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and workflows. Help manage and maintain data quality within Salesforce. Participate in user testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions. Document configurations, processes, and user guides. Assist with Salesforce administration tasks, including user management and security settings. Stay updated with Salesforce features and best practices. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Basic understanding of CRM concepts and the Salesforce platform. Knowledge of SOQL, Apex, Flow Builder, or Salesforce Administration is an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and build a career in the Salesforce ecosystem. Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of Salesforce Administration. Understanding of CRM business processes. Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
