Job Title: Salesforce Intern Location: Hybrid Duration: 6 Months, Paid Opportunity Key Responsibilities - Assist in configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet business requirements. - Support the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and workflows. - Help manage and maintain data quality within Salesforce. - Participate in user testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions. - Document configurations, processes, and user guides. - Assist with Salesforce administration tasks, including user management and security settings. - Stay updated with Salesforce features and best practices. Requirements - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. - Basic understanding of CRM concepts and the Salesforce platform. - Knowledge of SOQL, Apex, Flow Builder, or Salesforce Administration is an added advantage. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Positive communication and teamwork abilities. - Eagerness to learn and build a career in the Salesforce ecosystem. Preferred Skills - Basic knowledge of Salesforce Administration. - Understanding of CRM business processes. - Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis. - Salesforce Trailhead badges or certifications are a plus.
