About the role
As a Principal Program Manager in Enterprise PMO, your role will involve establishing, institutionalising, and governing a structured execution framework across the organization. Your primary mandate is to bring method to organizational complexity by creating robust execution structures, maintaining organizational process assets, and ensuring that all strategic, transformation, and cross-functional initiatives are delivered with clarity, discipline, and measurable impact. This role is crucial for building execution maturity and ensuring that leadership intent is consistently translated into outcomes through documented, repeatable, and scalable processes. Key Responsibilities: - Establish enterprise-wide program and project management discipline - Create and maintain comprehensive organizational process assets (OPAs) - Ensure clarity, structure, and accountability across all major initiatives - Reduce execution risk through documentation, governance, and cadence - Enable leadership with reliable execution visibility and decision support Qualification Required: - Six Sigma Black Belt Certified - PMP (Project Management Professional) Certified - Agile Certification (CSM / SAFe / equivalent) The company emphasizes on continuous improvement and execution maturity by applying Six Sigma and Lean principles to identify process inefficiencies, driving improvement initiatives, and institutionalizing learnings from completed projects into updated SOPs and frameworks. The role requires strong program and stakeholder management capability, structured problem-solving skills, ability to influence without formal authority, excellent written documentation and executive communication skills, high ownership, attention to detail, and execution discipline. As a Principal Program Manager, you will interact with key interfaces such as COO, MD, CEO, Business Unit Heads, Technology & Digital Teams, Operations & Customer Service, Marketing & Growth, and Finance, Risk, and Compliance. Your performance will be measured based on KPIs including delivery of Tier-1 initiatives on time and within scope, reduction in execution delays and rework, measurable business impact from transformation initiatives, leadership satisfaction with execution visibility and control, and completeness and quality of organizational process documentation.
