About the role
Job description Technical Customer Service Executive We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Technical Customer Service Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Role & responsibilities Handle inbound customer queries related to technical issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems. Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 1 year of Technical Customer Support/Technical Customer Service experience is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge. Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage. Graduate Freshers are welcome to apply. UG and B-tech / B.E. Graduates with 6 Months Experience in International Customer Service can also apply.
