Associate Developer Trainee

We are looking for a passionate and proactive fresher to join our team as a Junior Software Developer. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain software applications. Work on either front-end or back-end development based on your skills and project requirements. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality output. Stay updated with the latest technologies and contribute to innovative solutions. Educational Qualification Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Skills Core Concepts: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) and Data Structures. Programming Expertise (any one of the following): Python with Flask or Django. Front-end technologies such as React.js or Next.js. Back-end development using .NET Core (C#). Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team and learn quickly. Nice-to-Have Basic knowledge of Git or other version control tools. Familiarity with RESTful APIs or microservices architecture.
