Kubernetes Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AKS Engineer with expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service, Docker, and containerization. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of cloud-based applications. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Implement end-to-end Kubernetes architecture, including installation, configuration, hardening, and networking. Configure Kubernetes auto-provisioning, auto-scaling of CI/CD job/build agents, runners, and nodes. Develop and deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker. Ensure security best practices and compliance for Kubernetes workloads. Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation. Monitor and optimize Kubernetes environments for performance and cost-efficiency. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in AKS engineering or a related field. Proficiency in UNIX/Linux environments. Strong knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service. Experience with containerization tools such as Docker. Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns. Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Primary Skills Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Docker and containerization technologies. DevOps methodologies and tools. Secondary Skills Azure Certifications (Good to Have). Experience with automation tools such as Helm, Terraform, and Azure DevOps.
