Identity & Access Management Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant with expertise in Okta, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and related technologies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and managing IAM solutions within the Azure ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with clients to implement secure identity management practices, configure SSO integrations, and optimize Active Directory and Entra ID for efficient identity management operations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy IAM solutions utilizing Okta, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Configure and integrate applications in Okta, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID to ensure seamless functionality and user experience. Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations for various applications and services. Facilitate the migration of customer Active Directory environments to Microsoft Entra ID. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient identity management practices. Document technical processes, create user guides, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IAM. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in identity and access management or related roles. Strong proficiency in Okta integration, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Experience with cloud development and identity management solutions within the Azure ecosystem. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Good to Have Skills Okta Certified Professional certification or equivalent. Knowledge of security best practices in identity and access management. Experience with other Identity Providers (IDPs) such as OneLogin.
