About the role
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced AWS GCP Data Engineer to design, develop, and optimize modern cloud-based data platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in data engineering, cloud technologies, data modeling, and data pipeline Design and develop scalable data pipelines on AWS and GCP. - Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows. - Develop and maintain DBT models and transformations. - Implement Airflow workflows and scheduling solutions. - Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver data solutions. - Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards. - Optimize BigQuery performance and cost management. - Implement CI/CD practices for data engineering projects. Required Skills: - 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering. - Hands-on experience with AWS services: 1. IAM 2. Lambda 3. S3 4. RDS 5. Redshift - Strong GCP experience: 1. BigQuery 2. Performance optimization 3. Cost management - DBT Cloud experience. - Airflow workflow development. - Advanced SQL and Python. - Data modeling (Facts, Dimensions, SCDs). - GitHub, Bitbucket, CI/CD. - Terraform or CloudFormation. - Data quality frameworks. Good to Have: - Cross-cloud data pipeline experience. - Cloud security and IAM best BE/BTech/MCA/ME/MTech/MSc (Computer Science or IT).
