Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for supporting the Real Estate Services (RES) Global Facilities and Construction (F&C), Business Execution Team. Your role will involve acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team, defining data flows, and creating insightful reports to drive actionable business intelligence. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze complex business requirements and design data processes for the new data lake. - Utilize expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Cognos to translate data into actionable insights. - Develop reports and dashboards using Tableau and Cognos. - Optimize complex SQL queries to extract valuable information. - Collaborate with diverse database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and data formats. - Communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. - Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Cognos, and Microsoft Office applications. - Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
