Senior Business Analyst

Xoriant Corporation in Edison, NJ has multiple openings for the following position: Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: Xoriant Corporation, 343 Thornall St, STE 720, Edison J 08837 Job Duties: Responsible for serving as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams and architects to gather and document requirements for enhancing Citi application. Responsible for managing and prioritizing the product backlog using JIRA, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs, compliance mandates, and technical feasibility. Involved in defining user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with development teams for UI, backend components and microservices. Providing functional support for Citi applications, including resolving production issues, performing data analysis, generating reports, and supporting integration enhancements. Tasked with creating detailed process flows and interface mappings. Coordinating with QA teams to implement automated testing for microservices. Expected to utilize SQL, Python and Excel for root cause analysis of data issues. Support operational continuity throughout the development and release cycles. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support UAT execution, sprint planning, and release monitoring within agile delivery frameworks. Engaged in continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing client feedback and usage patterns to propose enhancements that improve platform usability, performance, and security. Job requires relocation to unanticipated client site throughout the US. Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equiv. in Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology or related field. Requires 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Principal Consultant, Sr. Principal Consultant, Senior Business Analyst, Business Analyst or related field. SQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL server, Windows server, FTP servers, Confluence, BA, Visio.
