Job Title: Salesforce AI Engineer / AI Solutions Developer Role: FTE role Location: Pune (Hybrid) MUST HAVE SKILLS - SFDC, Apex, LWC, LLM, RAG, AI, Python Job Description: Experience: 7-10 Years Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce AI Engineer with 710 years of experience in Salesforce development and modern AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, AI agent frameworks, LLM integration, Python backend services, API integrations, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. This role will be responsible for designing and developing intelligent AI-powered solutions integrated with Salesforce and enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent agents using LangGraph, MCP, and Large Language Models (LLMs). Build and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce Platform technologies. Develop backend services and APIs using Python to support AI and Salesforce integrations. Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications and third-party platforms through REST APIs, OAuth2, and external connectors. Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, including embeddings generation, vector search, document retrieval, and knowledge-grounded AI responses. Work with enterprise search platforms such as Glean (or similar technologies) for data retrieval and knowledge management. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled business solutions. Ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability of applications and integrations. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentorship activities. Mandatory Skills: 7–10 years of related experience is a must. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Development: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Flows Salesforce APIs and Platform Services Experience in AI Agent Development using: LangGraph/MCP (Model Context Protocol) LLM Integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) Strong Python development experience for backend services and API development. Expertise in API integrations: REST APIs OAuth2 Authentication Third-party SaaS integrations Experience with RAG architectures, including: Embeddings Vector databases/search Retrieval pipelines Enterprise search solutions such as Glean Knowledge of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and AI application design. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments. Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or Azure AI Search. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI capabilities. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
