About the role
Job Title : Software Engineer Location: Xoriant Corporation, 1248 Reamwood Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089 Job Duties: Design ETL pipelines for Facebook cloud gaming platform using dataswarm to create interactive dashboards for critical analysis. Dashboard revamping to reduce redundant reports and enforce “single source of truth” metrics across the gaming platform. Develop a tableau dashboard for sales representatives that derives their monthly compensation. Design a platform wide, robust data quality framework that validates data on source and target database, checks for nullability and duplicates or any custom check specified by user. Design a forecasting tool in R to predict future sales in Egencia quarterly and annually using R forecasting libraries. Ownership of the end-to-end data engineering component of the solution . Collaboration with the program’s SMEs, data scientists. Write SQL code to support new and existing dashboards. Build ETL pipelines in python to source data from multiple data sources and load data into the warehouse. Optimize the existing pipelines for scalability. Apply proven expertise and build high-performance, scalable data warehouse application. Secure source external data from numerous global partners. Design data models for optimal storage and retrieval. Deploy inclusive data quality checks to ensure high quality of data. Optimize existing pipelines and implement new ones, maintenance of all domain-related data pipelines. Job Requirements: Require Bachelor's Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems or related field. Require five years of experience in job offered, Systems Engineer, Software Consultant, Technical Consultant or related, using Informatica Power Center, Multidimensional model design, star & snowflake schema, Teradata. Require travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the US.
