Sr. Software Engineer

Xoriant Corporation in Edison, NJ is seeking applications for the following position: Job Title : Sr. Software Engineer Location: Xoriant Corporation, Suite #720, 343 Thornall Street, Edison, NJ 08837 Job Duties: Business analysis for the new requirements of the IDD application and document the limitations, improvements and the impact on different modules. Document the constraints, dependencies of the software to avoid issues with the connected systems. Build Framework in Java with AWS Architecture. Build Workflow to automate the application Lifecycle. Perform manual deployment for API and AWS Lambda project in all environments Dev, QA, and PROD. Design and maintain Database, Web APIs, AWS Lambdas. Develop and maintain Web Services and RESTful APIs using Service Oriented & Microservices Architecture and cloud platforms. Maintain GIT repository for each configuration data. Implement caching solution in application using hibernate caching. Index and Extract Articles in Apache Solr for fast searching. Perform unit testing and improve code areas to increase Application Performance. Perform API unit testing and make sure no third party using the API’s is affected due to changes. Integrate automated deployments with the build process. Support L3 application support teams in production issues for the version already in production. Write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Job Requirements: Require Bachelor's Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information and Communication Technology, or related field. Require two years of experience in job offered, Software Engineer, Software Consultant, or related, using AWS (Lambda, Cloud Formation), Postgres, Angular, Apache Solr, Hibernate. Require travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the US.
