Gen AI Tech Lead Roles & Responsibilities Lead the design, architecture, and development of Generative AI and LLM-based solutions. Build scalable RAG pipelines, AI agents, and enterprise AI applications. Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems. Ensure secure, reliable, and production-ready deployment of AI applications. Drive DevOps, CI/CD, MLOps, monitoring, and performance optimization. Define AI architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks. Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver AI-driven solutions. Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams. Optimize LLM performance, cost, scalability, and user experience. Ensure responsible AI practices, security, and compliance in production environments.
