Job Title: Software Engineer RPA Experience: 6 8 Years Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days/week from office) Shift Timings: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST Base Office: XTG Hyderabad Office Open Positions: 1 Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Software Engineer RPA with strong expertise in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and business productivity. The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, hands on experience in RPA development, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and cross functional teams in a client facing environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate . Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Develop scalable, reusable, and high quality RPA components and workflows. Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions. Perform debugging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of deployed bots and workflows. Ensure adherence to RPA development standards, best practices, and governance policies. Prepare technical documentation, process design documents (PDD), and solution design documents (SDD). Support production deployments and provide post implementation support when required. Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with client teams and work from the client office as per project requirements. Required Skills Qualifications 6 8 years of overall IT experience with strong hands on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) . Proficiency in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate development. Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, automation frameworks, and deployment methodologies. Experience integrating RPA solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and web applications. Good understanding of exception handling, logging, and bot monitoring mechanisms. Familiarity with scripting/programming concepts such as .NET, VBScript, Python, or PowerShell is an added advantage. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative hybrid work environment. Experience working directly with clients/stakeholders is preferred. Preferred Qualifications UiPath Certification and/or Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Experience in process assessment and automation feasibility analysis is desirable.
