About the role
Atharva Foundries Pvt. Ltd.is a leading foundry producing high-quality castings.. We are looking for an innovative Design Engineer to lead our product development and casting tooling design. Key Responsibilities Design and develop 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, and tooling/patterns using PTC Creo and SolidWorks. Perform structural, thermal, and fluid flow simulations using ANSYS to validate casting integrity, optimize risers, and reduce defects. Collaborate directly with the pattern-making and production floors to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM). Requirements Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 2 to 5 years in mechanical/tooling design. Software Skills: Strong hands-on proficiency in Creo, SolidWorks, and ANSYS. Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or a strong understanding of the casting/foundry process, gating/risering, and GD&T. What We Offer Highly competitive salary commensurate with experience.
