Job Responsibilities

· Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud systems.

· Ensure the security and compliance of IT systems.

· Manage IT support teams and provide guidance on troubleshooting issues.

· Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as needed.

· Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery and backup plans.

· Stay updated with emerging technologies and cybersecurity threats.

Must Have Skill:

· Experience Range : 4 to 10 years

· Proven experience as an IT Operations Manager, IT Manager, or similar role.

· Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

· Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL.

· Familiarity with network security protocols, firewalls, and data protection.

· Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Proficiency in system monitoring, IT automation, and troubleshooting tools.

· Ability to manage IT budgets and optimize cost efficiency.

· Strong communication and project management skills.
