Job Description – Senior Full Stack Engineer / Lead Engineer Location: Mumbai (Candidates based in Mumbai only) Employment Type: Full-Time Openings: 1 Experience: 7+ Years CTC: ₹11 – ₹15 LPA About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer / Lead Engineer with strong expertise in modern full-stack development, cloud architecture, and AI-assisted engineering practices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable, production-grade applications and leading technical initiatives across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. Develop backend services using Golang and/or Node.js . Build responsive, modular, and high-performance frontend applications using React.js and Next.js . Develop secure RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and event-driven services. Implement authentication, authorization, OAuth, JWT, RBAC, and SSO. Design scalable database models and API architecture. AI-Augmented Engineering Utilize AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar platforms to improve engineering productivity. Leverage AI for: Code generation Debugging Refactoring Documentation Test case generation Architecture planning Performance optimization Infrastructure automation Review and validate AI-generated code for security, scalability, and maintainability. Build AI-assisted development workflows.
