Senior Full Stack Developer / Lead Engineer (AI-Native, AWS Scale) Location: Mumbai Experience: 7+ Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who is not just a strong engineer, but an AI-native builder—someone who actively leverages modern AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar platforms to accelerate engineering productivity, code quality, testing, and architecture decisions. This role requires deep backend engineering expertise in Golang or Node.js, strong frontend capabilities in React.js / Next.js, and hands-on cloud architecture experience in AWS at scale. The ideal candidate has built and optimized production-grade systems handling scale, performance bottlenecks, distributed architectures, and cloud cost optimization. Key Responsibilities Full Stack Engineering Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. Backend development using Golang and/or Node.js. Frontend development using React.js and Next.js. Build modular, reusable, and high-performance frontend architectures. Develop secure REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and event-driven backend services. Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, SSO, OAuth, and JWT flows. Architect scalable data models and API contracts. AI-Augmented Engineering Use AI development tools as a core part of the engineering workflow. Utilize AI for code generation, debugging, refactoring, architecture planning, testing, documentation, migrations, performance optimization, and infrastructure automation. Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, scalability, security, and maintainability. Build AI-assisted engineering workflows and productivity accelerators.
