J2EE Technical Architect

Description We are seeking a skilled J2EE Technical Architect with 4-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in J2EE technologies, excellent architectural skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable applications that meet business requirements. Responsibilities Design and develop scalable and high-performance enterprise applications using J2EE. Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to the development team. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in J2EE and related frameworks. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 4-8 years of experience in J2EE development and architecture. Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and web services (REST/SOAP). Proficient in database design and management, with experience in Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Strong understanding of design patterns, microservices architecture, and enterprise application development. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
