Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7-12 years of experience in software development, with a focus on leading teams. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Strong experience with web frameworks like Spring, Django, or .NET. Deep understanding of database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks. Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and DevOps practices. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and leadership skills.
