Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop automated tests for various firmware functionalities as part of a larger project - Develop test plans including test scenarios and steps, along with documentation for all activities - Participate in project code reviews and execute automated software/firmware tests - Analyze test results, identify root causes, and make changes to test networks to simulate customer environments - Contribute to creating CI/CD pipelines and analyze test failures for swift fixes - Ensure compliance with quality processes and standards, and enhance existing technologies for new solutions - Utilize Gen AI tools to improve operational efficiencies and exercise judgment within defined procedures - Build productive relationships within the organization and with occasional external contacts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of overall work experience or master's degree with at least 1 year of experience - Proven experience in designing and developing embedded applications and test automation frameworks using Python - Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and developing automated test cases - Strong networking concepts knowledge and experience in configuring standard networking equipment - Previous experience as a quality gate in the development life cycle and working in geographically separated teams - Growth mindset, self-starter attitude, strong affinity towards quality, and assertive communication skills Company Benefits: We prioritize work-life balance and wellbeing by offering flexibility, including hybrid work options, adaptable hours, Summer Flex Fridays, Focus Fridays, and an annual companywide well-being day to promote revitalization and success.
