LOCATION: India

Role Overview

We are seeking a 3-6 years experienced Consulting professional to join our Trading and Asset Services - Back Office practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery

  • Conduct requirements workshops and solution design sessions

  • Configure and implement software to meet client needs

  • Deliver training and post-go-live support

DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE (REQUIRED)

Data / Reconciliation platforms domain knowledge, IntelliMatch / DIM experience, Multi‑environment setups (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD, DR)

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong technical experience with reconciliation platforms, preferably IntelliMatch / Data Integrity Manager (DIM)

Proven hands‑on experience with IntelliMatch installation, upgrades, and environment setup

Solid expertise in Windows Server environments and SQL Server (installation, configuration, upgrades)

Experience managing multi‑environment setups (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD, DR)

Ability to perform technical troubleshooting, log analysis, and performance support

Knowledge of high‑availability, DR setups, and failover concepts

Experience conducting technical health checks and performance tuning

PREFERRED SKILLS

Exposure to cloud or hybrid deployments (Azure / hosted environments)

Experience with reporting, archival, or document management components

Basic understanding of ETL processes and data flows

Ability to collaborate effectively with functional consultants, infrastructure teams, and DBAs
