Responsibilities, aka, what wed like you to deliver: Lead and manage day-to-day security operations including monitoring, detection, andresponse Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) activities and ensure timely incidentresolution Implement and maintain security tools such as EDR/XDR (e.g., SentinelOne), SIEM,DLP, and IAM solutions Conduct threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and risk managementDefine and enforce security policies, standards, and proceduresCollaborate with IT teams to ensure secure infrastructure and applicationdeployments Manage incident response lifecycle, including investigation, containment, andreporting Monitor and analyze network traffic for anomalies and threatsPerform network vulnerability assessments and penetration testing coordinationEnsure secure network segmentation and access control policiesManage and enforce secure remote access (VPN, Zero Trust models-Zscaler)Ensure compliance with industry standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.)Drive security awareness programs across the organizationPrepare and present security reports and metrics to management Are you who we're searching for Strong knowledge of network security, endpoint security, and cloud security Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR (SentinelOne preferred), SIEM tools, firewalls, VPNs Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM- MDM- Desktop Central) solutions Experience in incident response and threat hunting Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards Good knowledge of Windows, Mac, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CISM, Security+) Preferred Qualifications Experience in managing enterprise security environments Exposure to automation in security operations Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture Key Skills & Competencies Ownership and team management Strong communication Proactive approach to security and risk mitigation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Equal Opportunity Statement: Zepto is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to building an inclusive workplace.
