Salesforce CRM Technical Consultant / Developer Experience: 4 to 8 Years Employment Type: Full-time Location: Bangalore Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Salesforce CRM Technical Consultant / Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and integrations The ideal candidate will work closely with functional consultants and business teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Customize Salesforce applications using triggers, classes, batch jobs, and schedulers Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools Work closely with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions Implement security, data models, and sharing rules as per best practices Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization Support deployments, UAT, and post-production issues Maintain technical documentation and adhere to Salesforce development standards Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning Required Skills & Qualifications 48 years of hands on Salesforce technical experience Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Asynchronous Apex Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura (good to have) Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security framework Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) Familiarity with deployment tools such as Change Sets, SFDX, or CI/CD pipelines Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments Additional Requirements Willingness to travel to Ahmedabad on a short-term basis, as and when required for project needs Good to Have Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I / II) Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines Exposure to performance tuning and large data volume handling Soft Skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Good communication and documentation skills Ownership mindset with attention to detail Show more Show less
