Associate Product Manager

Youll be working closely with the Zeta leadership, data team Plutus product and operations team to build a comprehensive reconciliation platform that can satisfy the diverse reconciliation needs of the bank Its functional components provide strong controls that provide greater visibility to manage operational risks You are building a unified solution that helps banks automate and centralize their reconciliation across multiple channels, and reduces costs by offering simple, easy-to-use solutions for the operations team to perform reconciliation tasks and functions With automation and optimization, the solution should help reduce the need for manual interaction and increase performance through auto-matching straight-through processing What is the job like Define the goals, scope and use cases for the core capability to be built based on goals and metrics. Define and achieve milestones under their charter Navigate through product life-cycle with guidance and effect changes Balanced decision-making across milestones by taking multiple key factors into consideration Slice the capabilities into smaller rapidly shippable features Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders like Business, Operations, Data team, Client and Partner teams to get things done. Evangelize and communicate the product plan Understand in intricacies along with other stakeholders and navigate through various approach options to deliver an optimal sustainable product Who should apply for this role At least 2+ years of experience in a Product Management role/Product Analyst role Track record of building shipping Enterprise or SaaS products with ownership Prior Experience in Payment Systems highly desirable Good Understanding of Data architecture and System Design An engineering / technical background that will allow you to reason about product trade-offs and make good choices with minimal inputs from engineers Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Identify complex situations and achieve business goals with the guidance of experts You conceive possibilities, think big picture, but deliver on the details Role: Product Manager - Other Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Department: Product Management Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Product Management - Other Education UG: Any Graduate PG: Any Postgraduate
