Manager - Quality Assurance

Independently utilize innovative test methodologies to develop test plans and test strategies Mentor a team of 10-12 people Conduct effective test reviews and test documents Build teams to execute functional, performance, security and scalability testing Mentor team to develop specialized testing tools for use in testing our platform Mentor and guide team into a full-fledged white box testing team Review teams performance for coverage and quality of test suites Participate in test suite design and test reviews Focus on quality excellence Skills Good understanding of web services and distributed systems Should have worked with at least one programming language and have hands on experience with databases. Experience with tools and technologies used for automation on web or mobile. Proven understanding of gray box and black box testing techniques Hands on experience with various REST API, Web and Mobile application testing tools Excellent debugging skills, measures and analyses code for quality Good communication skills with ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and Business units Experience and Qualifications 10-15 years of proven experience in QA B.Tech/M.Tech in computer science, information technology or a related field.
