Associate Program Manager

Zetwerk is hiring for the role of Associate Program Manager! Responsibilities of the Candidate: Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and delivery within scope. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to ensure transparency and alignment. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery. Plan monthly/ quarterly charters for the Program/ Project Track Key deliverables/ OKRs for the program Implement contingency plans as needed to address unforeseen challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate and manage project resources effectively. Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. Conduct regular project reviews to assess and improve overall project quality. Requirements: Strong Presentation and Communication skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools Ability to deep dive into on ground processes & streamline them to unlock efficiency & identify areas of improvement Experience of software development lifecycle and observability concepts Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Computer/Mechanical/ Civil/ Industrial engineering, or related field Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are a plus
