Experience in React JS, Node JS, JavaScript, libraries, and tooling Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and related web technologies Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and performance considerations Soft skills: Should be a passionate self-starter; ready to get their hands dirty Should have a clarity in thought and articulation. Prior experience of high energy and intense environments - would be a plus
