Tech Lead (MERN)

As a Tech Lead at Zikrabyte Solutions, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end development using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, Next.js). Your role will involve designing scalable system architecture, APIs, and database structures, managing cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines, implementing containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, conducting code reviews, and enforcing engineering best practices. Additionally, you will lead Agile sprint planning, estimation, and delivery, integrate AI/ML capabilities using LLM APIs and modern AI frameworks, mentor developers, support technical hiring, and drive system reliability, monitoring, and incident management.
