The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to drive product strategy and development while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Job Responsibilities As an architect in our team, you will- Define what s possible in the Digital GCoE/GCC paradigm, working with the software and management team Build and lead a high-performing team of developers, engineers, and designers to bring the product to life. Identify talent needs and actively participate in hiring processes or vendor selection for outsourced development. Work with software engineers, product management and business team to define and refine the product architecture in alignment with business, development, deployment, and maintenance needs. Acquire an in-depth understanding of the customer context while making technical decisions and choices. Work with the customers and product line management to identify, refine and translate customer needs into concrete technical requirements. Lead and support architectural decisions and tasks Lead review of technical designs and provide guidance to software engineering team on technical and architectural design decisions. Research, evaluate and prototype new methodologies, technologies to align the business vision into the technical product roadmap. Desired Skills Go getter mindset.
