Manager - Endpoint Security, Antivirus, Enterprise Security Onsite - Mumbai (Mahape) Job Info Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Department: IT & Information Security Education: Any Graduate Job Responsibilities Maintain a comprehensive enterprise endpoints security strategy and IT risk management program along with implementations and Governance Manage and monitor antivirus systems, EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), and other security controls, ensuring 100% updates. Review Endpoints security changes, including Policy management, Treats, Risk, gaps and vulnerabilities. Evaluate new security products and technologies to protect against emerging threats. Ensure the consistent application of security policies and standards across all technology projects and systems. Conduct periodic audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability tests to identify threats. Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., RBI, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS) Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Endpoints AV security engineers and analysts. Manage relationships with security vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance. Skills and Knowledge The ideal candidate with 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience with financial originations (NBFS, BFSI) The candidate would be certified (ITIL / Enterprise Antivirus support and IT Infrastructure hands-on experience) Candidate with extensive experience into Endpoint AV Security & Compliance Management Hands-On Experience with Enterprise AV (Kaspersky, Norton, McAfee etc) Manage Engine Endpoint Central administration, packaging and deployment Considerable experience in administering a Mobile Device/ Endpoint management Robust communication skills (Presentation & writing) Must be a quick learner.
