Requirements 7+ years of experience in software development and programming, of which at least 1+ year should be in leading a team of developers. Good skills in Problem Solving, Analytical thinking, Data Structures and Algorithms. Excellent hands-on coding in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, with a crisp understanding of the development process using Git and code reviews. Excellent hands-on development using Databases (SQL/NoSQL), Caches and Event Driven Systems. Hands-on development using CI, CD and Containerized applications in Cloud (Azure/Google Cloud/AWS).
