Lead Backend Developer

You will work in a team of senior and junior Developers, helped by a Scrum Master to manage the agile ceremonies, working towards quarterly (rolling to annual) targets of the business for the Product and Business owners. The offshore and onshore Software Architects will help you and the team align your suggestions on the technical architectures you propose. You will report to the Team Lead Java Backend for regular professional growth. Responsibilities Create scalable and automated solutions for problems. Write well-tested, auto-testable, auto-deployable code. Own complex enough pieces and modules of the project. On a typical day, you would. Take the project ahead on the technical goals. Mentor the other relatively junior members of the team. Help in growing your team and other teams in the organisation by participating in the Hiring activities. Requirements 7+ years of experience in software development and programming, of which atleast 1+ years should be in leading a team of developers. Ready to work from the office. Good skills in problem-solving, Analytical thinking, Data Structures and Algorithms. Excellent hands-on coding in Java, SpringBoot, microservices, with a crisp understanding of the development process using Git and code reviews. Excellent hands-on development using Databases(SQL/NoSQL), caches, and event-driven systems. Hands-on development using CI/CD and Containerized applications in the cloud (Azure/Google Cloud/AWS). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Team Player attitude with willingness to lead wherever necessary. It Will Be Nice If You Have Passport to travel on a need basis in a suitable environment. Better still if you have a valid US Business Visa. Worked on large-scale distributed systems.
