Engineering Excellence - Packing & Mechanical

You will be responsible for the following key areas in the role of Deputy/Associate Manager in the Engineering Excellence department: Role Overview: As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Packing (Blister/BQS) & Mechanical + Utilities, your role will involve providing hands-on expertise in the areas of packing line engineering and mechanical & utilities. You should have 8 to 12 years of experience in these fields and hold a BE/B.Tech qualification. This is an individual contributor role where you will play a crucial part in the capability building of operators and technicians. Key Responsibilities: - SME Engineering - Packing line: - Demonstrate expertise in BQS/Bottle/Bulk packing machines with troubleshooting skills. - Possess on-the-job knowledge at assembly and component levels. - Preferably have experience working with OEMs' service engineers on CVC and Countec packing lines/machines. - Key Equipment's: Blister, Bottle lines - Make: BQS & B45 - ACG, CVC, Countec - SME Mechanical & Utilities: - Exhibit hands-on experience in Mechanical and Utilities operations with troubleshooting abilities. - Showcase knowledge at assembly and component levels. - Preferably have understanding of Boilers, Chillers, HVAC systems, water systems, etc. - Role: Capability building for operators and technicians in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting (Mechanical Engineering). - Key Equipment's: HVAC, Chiller, Boiler, Water system, etc. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) - 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Packing (Blister/BQS) & Mechanical + Utilities Please note that the company's additional details were not provided in the job description.
