About the role
Ø To coordinate with Project teams during Project Phase for smooth executions of electrical jobs.
Ø Monitoring all installations as per BOQ/Design and its documentations
Ø To ensure project deliverables meet with Hospital Standards.
Ø To maintained Electrical System of the Hospital such as electrical panels, Transformers, Electrical Appliances, Electrical Fittings,
Ø To attend to the complaints related to the above mentioned , renovation and projects.
Ø To assist other department as and when required, t o perform all other jobs .
Ø To look after all Electrical installations, preventive maintenance schedules, Daily f facility rounds and took energy conservation initiatives with in hospital.
Ø To Maintained critical equipment such as UPS, Diesel Generator and Lift’s.
Ø To diagnose service issues, calibrate system as per manufacturer recommendation.
Ø To maintain Log Books and maintenance record, stock inventory and material consumptions.
Ø To follow all instructions of Superiors.
Ø To supervise all works related to engineering maintenance.
Ø To allocate duties to the team members and distribute responsibilities among .
Ø To ensure smooth functioning of Electrical System .
Ø To impart training to the department associates.
Ø Attend and conduct Annually Thermography, Energy audit, Stack monitoring, Third party lift inspection and statutory compliance.
Ø Coordinate and handling all Vendors work and PR (Purchase Request).
Ø To maintain monthly staff attendance reports.
