Plumbing Engineer

Job Title - Plumbing Engineer Desired Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Experience: Minimum Seven Years in Hospital/Hotel/Pharmaceutical Ind. To ensure proper functioning of all Plumbing utilities and water management within hospital To coordinate with Project teams during Project Phase for smooth executions of Plumbing jobs. Monitoring all installations as per BOQ/Design and its documentations To ensure project deliverables meet with Hospital Standards. To maintained all utilities Bore well, Softener Plant, RO Plant, STP, Water Supply and Water Drainage piping & maintenance of water pipelines To monitoring and maintain daily water consumption records. To handle all water related complaints repairing and installation work. To installation and fitting new projects and new requirements water related system. To testing and maintain Eye washer and dialysis water supply systems. To maintain and loop disinfection cleaning work of water storage tank. Up keep of Statutory requirement like Third Party water audit, water testing and CGWA requirements. To take daily facility round of water supply utilities. To maintain all plant related log books, stock inventory and material consumptions. To supervise all works related to engineering maintenance. To allocate duties to the team members and distribute responsibilities with proper work description among. Dealing with vendors and keeping track on Annual maintenance contractor and materials requirements. To maintain and installation requirements of hospitals signage and Logo. To take care of Hospital carpentry related jobs and its maintain inventory Skills & Abilities RO Plant, STP Plant, and all type of water supply smoothly.
