About the role
As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer / Design Manager joining our Design & Build team, you are expected to have a minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience in Electrical Design Engineering. Your proven experience should include Commercial Office Fit-out Projects, Semiconductor Labs/High-Tech Lab Facilities, and Data Centers/Mission Critical Facilities. What We Are Looking For: - You should be a technical leader and driving force within the engineering team. - Strengthen systems, improve delivery standards, and elevate overall engineering quality. Key Expectations: - Strong expertise in Electrical system design and engineering. - Ability to drive design optimization, value engineering, and technically efficient solutions. - Strong understanding of project costing, buildability, and practical implementation. - Excellent design review and technical validation capabilities. - Ability to take initiative in streamlining engineering processes and workflows. - Establish and maintain systematic design practices, standards, and quality controls. - Ensure high-quality, accurate, and professional engineering submissions. - Mentor and guide junior engineers and design teams. - Act as a technical anchor and driving force for project delivery. - Strong ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving approach. - Technology-driven and innovation-oriented thinking. - Ability to improve coordination efficiency across disciplines and stakeholders. - Experience working in fast-paced Design & Build environments with demanding timelines. Preferred Technical Exposure: - HT/LT Systems. - UPS & Critical Power Systems. - Data Center Infrastructure. - Semiconductor / High Tech Lab Facility Requirements. - Lighting & Smart Controls. - Earthing & Lightning Protection. - Energy-efficient and resilient electrical systems. In addition to your contributions to projects, you are expected to contribute to the long-term growth, technical maturity, and engineering culture of the organization.
