Senior Front End Developer

Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications with MVC architectures, Microservices, and scalable cloud-native apps. - Performing hands-on coding and providing thoughtful code reviews. - Mentoring and leading team members to enhance the quality and productivity of deliverables. - Working within an agile team and collaborating with various other teams on design and implementation strategies following SCRUM Agile Development methodology. - Demonstrating effective communication skills to express ideas, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and engage with clients. - Applying problem-solving skills, being a hustler, self-disciplined, open-minded, user-focused, and adaptive. - Applying Lean Principles and analytical thinking in project planning, timelines, and milestones for execution and deliverables. - Participating in the evaluation review of team members. Your primary skills should include: - Experience in building enterprise web applications using ReactJS as the frontend framework. - Proficiency in Redux and React Hooks. - Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap4 or CSS pre-processors such as Less or Sass. - Strong knowledge of best practices and modern web design trends. - Familiarity with modern web-based typography. - Ability to rapidly prototype and write high-quality code. - Experience in testing/debugging across multiple browsers and platforms. - Proficiency in JavaScript, REST client, WebSockets, and Unit testing using frameworks like Cypress, Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Enzyme, or similar. - Experience with Build scripts like Gulp, Grunt, or Webpack. - Skills in Low-Latency UI, page optimization, and bundle build+caching. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Knowledge of component-based architecture.
