About the role
Requirement: 8+ years of experience with strong Backend Engineering expertise (Java/Go/Python preferred). Mandatory Database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server, etc.). Preference for candidates from database product companies. Experience in team management, system design, and building scalable distributed systems . Must have hands-on experience managing engineering teams of 6-10 ppl.
