Job Title: Automation Test Engineer (XPath Expertise) Experience: 3to 6 Years Location: Ghansoli Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in test automation and XPath development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium and related automation frameworks. Strong knowledge of XPath creation and optimization is essential for identifying complex web elements and ensuring robust test automation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web applications. Create and maintain dynamic and complex XPath expressions for web element identification. Develop and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java Analyze business and functional requirements and create detailed test cases. Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing. Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables. Maintain test execution reports and provide regular status updates. Continuously improve automation coverage and framework efficiency. Required Skills 36 years of experience in QA Automation Testing. Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver. Expert-level knowledge of XPath (Absolute, Relative, Dynamic XPath, Axes Methods, Functions). Experience in Java programming. Good understanding of TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest frameworks. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Proficiency in Git version control. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Preferred Skills Experience with API automation using Rest Assured or Postman. Knowledge of SQL and database testing. Exposure to BDD frameworks such as Cucumber. Experience in cross-browser and cross-platform testing. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
