Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Execution & Supervision: Independently manage and supervise on-site construction activities. Ensure work execution aligns with approved drawings, technical specifications, and BOQ. 2. PMC Coordination: Act as a bridge between the client, consultants, and contractors. Ensure PMC protocols, quality benchmarks, and reporting formats are followed strictly. 3. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality construction standards. Identify and rectify any non-conformities on-site. 4. Progress Monitoring: Track daily and weekly progress against the project schedule. Prepare and submit progress reports to the PMC/project head. 5. Contractor & Labour Management: Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve on-site issues. 6. Drawing Review & Compliance: Cross-verify execution with structural and architectural drawings. Highlight discrepancies and ensure timely corrections. 7. Site Documentation: Maintain records of material consumption, work progress, manpower, and quality checklists. 8.Safety Enforcement: Monitor adherence to safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free site environment. 9.Client & Consultant Interaction: Attend site meetings, joint inspections, and provide technical inputs during execution. 10.Problem Resolution: Proactively identify site issues and implement practical solutions to maintain project timelines.
