Required: • 8-10+ years of software engineering experience • Strong Python development experience • FastAPI and REST API development • Strong SQL/database experience • Extensive Azure/cloud experience • CI/CD and DevOps experience • Experience building and supporting production applications • Strong individual contributor who can work independently and own deliverables • Strong communication skills Highly Preferred: • OpenAI experience • LangChain • LangGraph • Anthropic APIs • Azure OpenAI • Databricks • Experience building AI-powered applications
