Static Equipment Engineer

Description We are seeking a skilled Static Equipment Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and maintenance of static equipment used in various industrial applications. This role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering and a thorough understanding of industry standards and practices. Responsibilities Design and analyze static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks. Prepare and review engineering calculations, specifications, and reports. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project timelines and specifications. Conduct inspections and assessments of static equipment during fabrication and installation phases. Provide technical support during the procurement of materials and equipment. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to static equipment. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations in all engineering activities. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5-8 years of experience in static equipment design and engineering. Proficiency in using engineering design software such as AutoCAD, CAE, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with project management and engineering documentation.
