Cloud operation engineer (AWS and Azure) Contract Delhi/Hyderabad Key Responsibilities Manage, administer, and support production cloud settings on AWS and Microsoft Azure. Monitor cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, storage, networking, databases, and cloud-native services. Provision, configure, and maintain cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. Perform cloud infrastructure maintenance, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management. Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and application-related issues. Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of cloud services. Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions. Configure and maintain IAM policies, RBAC, security groups, NSGs, firewalls, and cloud security best practices. Monitor cloud utilization, optimize resource consumption, and support cost optimization initiatives. Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or cloud automation services. Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting using native cloud monitoring tools and third-party solutions. Support cloud migration, modernization, and hybrid cloud deployments. Work closely with DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, Database, and Application teams. Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problem management activities following ITIL processes. Prepare operational documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and knowledge base articles .
