Middleware Administrator (Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic & Ansible) Contract Delhi/Hyderabad Key Responsibilities Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain Apache HTTP Server, Tomcat, and Oracle WebLogic environments. Deploy and manage Java-based enterprise applications across middleware platforms. Configure virtual hosts, web servers, application servers, domains, managed servers, clusters, and node managers. Perform WebLogic domain administration, cluster configuration, managed server setup, and Node Manager management. Configure and troubleshoot Apache-Tomcat-WebLogic integrations using reverse proxy, mod_proxy, mod_jk, or WebLogic plugins. Perform middleware performance tuning, JVM optimization, thread management, garbage collection tuning, and capacity planning. Implement high availability, load balancing, failover, and disaster recovery solutions. Automate middleware provisioning, configuration management, deployments, and routine administrative tasks using Ansible. Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, and reusable automation modules. Configure SSL/TLS certificates, HTTPS, authentication, and security hardening for middleware environments. Monitor middleware health, server availability, application performance, and resource utilization using enterprise monitoring tools. Troubleshoot application deployment issues, startup failures, memory leaks, thread dumps, heap dumps, and server performance bottlenecks. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring incidents. Support application deployment during planned releases and maintenance activities. Manage backup, restoration, patch management, and version upgrades with minimal downtime. Collaborate with application development, DevOps, infrastructure, database, and security teams. Prepare operational documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and knowledge articles. Participate in on-call support, production incident management, change management, and problem management activities. .
