Remote Print Services Administrator/ Print Infrastructure Specialist Contract Delhi/Hyderabad Must have: Enterprise Print Infrastructure Administration Windows Print Server administration includes print queues, printer ports, drivers, print processors, spooler services, and printer mappings. Printer queue creation, modification, deletion, migration, troubleshooting, and ownership across enterprise environments. Driver package management, driver version control, print driver compatibility testing, and remediation of driver-related issues. Group Policy-based printer deployment and troubleshooting of user/device-based printer mapping issues. Understanding print server resiliency, failover/high availability concepts, and print service continuity requirements. DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, printer port, SNMP, and basic network troubleshooting for printer connectivity and device discovery. PowerShell scripting for printer administration, inventory, reporting, queue management, and automation. Remote Print Endpoint Support Solid troubleshooting skills for Windows 10 and Windows 11 print issues including printer installation, default printer, spooler, driver, application printing, and network printing failures. Experience supporting printing from Office apps, browsers, SAP or enterprise applications, VPN, Citrix/VDI, and hybrid work scenarios. Ability to own escalations from Service Desk, Deskside, and L2 teams and drive closure within SLA. Robust RCA, problem management, documentation, stakeholder communication, and customer handling skills. Working knowledge of ITIL-based incidents, request, change, and problem management processes.
