As a Senior IT Service Management professional based in Noida sector 135, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Experience in IT Service Management roles. - Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM best practices. - Hands-on experience in Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Capacity, and Availability Management. - Experience in managing Major Incidents and leading service restoration activities. - Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will own and govern the Incident Management process end-to-end, including major incident handling. Analyze recurring incidents, raise problem records, and drive permanent fixes using RCA techniques (5-Why, Fishbone). You will establish, implement, and monitor Change Management processes; manage RFCs and CAB meetings. Plan, coordinate, and manage Release activities ensuring controlled deployment of hardware, software, and configuration items. Define and maintain Capacity and Availability plans aligned with SLA targets. You will produce process performance reports and drive continual service improvement initiatives.
