Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Delhi, Hyderabad Contract Job Description :As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. You will collaborate withcross-functional teams to configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow applications to meet businessneeds. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules as required.Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.Create and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration methods.Work on ServiceNow development activities such as scripting, UI/UX enhancements, and data imports.Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them in to ServiceNow solutions.Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.Provide support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing ServiceNow implementations.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.Content Management: - developing the ESS page.UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc.Writing various Server-side scripts like Script Includes, Business Rules etc.Configured License Management module for necessary Compliance check.Used ACLs for controlling the security mechanism in Service NowDomain Separation and designing the Process and data flow within various domainsExperience with Web technologies/AJAXDeveloping Composite Service Requests within Service catalog ModuleExperience in different Integrations using web-services / MID Server, etc.Configuring complex reportsUnderstanding and debugging of system logs. ServiceNow LSHCERU IT IS TCS-Confidential Experience in ServiceNow Discovery configuration and data managementExposure of REST API for Integration Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI policies, and business rules.Hands-on experience in creating ServiceNow workflows, UI actions, and notifications.Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, and o therintegration tools.Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery tools.Good understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist(CIS) preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication ski lls. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development and UI customization.Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React, or Vue.js is a plus.Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
